The apartment represents excellent value for money and would suit a couple wishing to stay in a quiet area close to the town's charming palm lined harbor, restaurants and local beaches.

This newly restored apartment is approached via steps going up a pedestrian street located in the old town. Guests enter the property from the pedestrian street via main gate into a courtyard and up two flights of steps to the top floor. The apartment has a separate entrance and a tiny balcony by the main apartment door with table and two chairs. Entering apartment there is a small hallway which leads into a lounge/diner area and a kitchenette. There is also a double bedroom offering nice views of the bay and red roofs of Old Cavtat from its window and a separate bathroom.
Washing machine, iron/ironing board and BBQ can be found in a small summer kitchen in the courtyard.

In view of the pedestrian street and stairs that make up Cavtat old town, the property would not suit those experiencing walking difficulties.
