This newly restored old cottage is located in the middle of the old town Cavtat.
The villa is entered from the Prijeko street and set over three floors, the ground, first and top floor (loft). The ground floor consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen/diner area and a patio. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, both with sea view windows, a bathroom, a kitchen/lounge area and a spacious terrace with gorgeous sea and harbor view. From the lounge area there are wooden steps leading up to the loft area where there are one twin room, an open area with a double sofa bed and an extra bed and a small bathroom.
There is one air conditioning unit on each floor.

The villa would suit a family or a group of people traveling together wishing to stay in a quiet area close to the restaurants and beaches.
The villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
