GENERAL
Cavtat Turist (www.cavtat-apartments-villas.com) acts as an agent for the property owner of accommodation featured on our website. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

HOW TO BOOK
Once you have seen a property that you wish to rent you should e- mail, telephone or skype the agency to confirm availability and any other information important to your booking.
Once you have decided to make a booking we will ask you to confirm it by e-mail and shortly after you will get the confirmation invoice.
Once the confirmation invoice has been sent out from Cavtat Turist , a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be paid.

PAYMENT: DEPOSIT & BALANCE
Deposit payment can be made via bank transfer or by credit card (Visa/Visa Electron/Mastercard or Maestro). If you wish to pay via bank transfer please advice us which currency you wish to pay in Euros or Croatian kunas. Please pay all bank charges. If you wish to pay by credit card a 3,5% surcharge will be imposed on the deposit amount and your credit card will be charged in local currency Croatian kunas by Cavtat Turist.
Please fill out and sign credit card deposit payment form and fax it to 00385 20 479 001.
The balance for reservation is payable to the property owner in Croatian kuna during your rental period.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
When you have paid a deposit we will accept your booking by issuing the written booking confirmation. It is important that you check the booking confirmation you receive from us immediately on receipt. You must contact us straight away if any information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking we expect you to do that by e-mail us at sales@cavtat-apartmetns-villas.com or by fax to 00385 20 479 001 at any time.

PRICES AND BEST RATE GUARANTEE
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on our website are per property per night.
All properties are let fully furnished and equipped. The price of all properties includes tourist taxes, VAT (22%), bed linen changed weekly, reasonable use of towels, one baby cot, electricity, gas, hot and cold water, air conditioning/heating, satellite television (may not include access to all channels) and Internet access where available.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Guests are expected to arrive between 14:00 and 23:00 and to depart by 11:00.
Please inform us about your estimated arrival/departure time. If you are arriving before 11:00 and after 23:00 please let us know.  Depending on other bookings check in/check-out time may be flexible. This should be confirmed prior to your arrival.

VISA APPLICATIONS
Cavtat Turist is able to supply additional documentation in support of visa/other applications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To keep the property and all furniture, fittings, facilities, equipment and grounds in the same state of repair, condition and general order as at the start date. The party leader is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of the party as well as for the payment or any breakages, loss or damage to the property and the cost caused by same.

SECURITY AND VALUABLES
Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. Cavtat Turist is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft to your valuables. It is essential and your responsibility to ensure all doors, shutters, windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.

LINEN AND TOWELS
Linen and towels are supplied in all properties. Weekly linen change and reasonable use of towels is included in the price. It is advisable to take a beach towel and to check that cot linen is provided.

PETS
Pets are not allowed unless with the explicit permission of the owner. The owner reserves the right to add a surcharge.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Cavtat Turist offers a list of additional services which can be provided to you by a third party supplier on request.

While Cavtat Turist can book additional services on your behalf, any contract you enter into for these services is with the supplier of the services provided. Cavtat Turist shall not be liable to you for any costs, damages, loss, expenses and demands of your use of the additional services. Payment for such services is usually made locally.

PRIVACY
Cavtat Turist uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant property of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

COMPLAINTS
If you have a problem whilst at your booked accommodation, please bring it to the attention of the agent or property owner so to have an opportunity to put it right at the time.
