This beautiful villa is situated in an elevated position on the edge of seaside town of Cavtat. The villa has advantage of being located above the Epidaurus Hotel and guests are usually able to use hotel facilities at a small fee.

This more then 100 years old house is newly renovated and offers modern accommodation with lovely sea views from its terraces. The beaches are 100m from the property.
The villa is set over three floors on 200 sqm and has approach by steps from the below parking area which is just about 50m away. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/diner area from which there is a door into a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, two shower rooms and a breathtaking sea view terrace with comfortable garden furniture (large table, chairs and sunbeds). There is also one spacious double air conditioned bedroom in the loft.

The villa is about 20 minutes walk away from the old town. The whole house is air conditioned and equipped with sat TV and dishwasher.
Microwave is available upon request, as well as baby cot and high chair.

WiFi is available and free of charge.
